Trophy for Runner-Up Tech Company of the Year 2025 at the Gainesville Chamber, awarded to GIASPACE on a wooden pedestal with a metal plaque.

Last week, GiaSpace was honored to be named a finalist for Tech Company of the Year by the Greater Gainesville Chamber.

This recognition means a lot to us, not just because of the category, but because of what it says about the company we have built.

GiaSpace started in 2005 with Rob leaving his corporate job at HP and working directly with businesses that needed real help with technology. In the beginning, that meant operating from home, driving to every client location himself, and figuring things out without the benefit of a big team or a big budget. We learned early that if you want people to trust you with something as important as their technology, you have to earn it.

That mindset still drives us today.

We are here to be our clients’ technology department without the overhead. We keep systems running, protect businesses from cyber threats, support employees, manage cloud platforms, and solve problems fast. Our mission, Fast, Friendly, First Time Fix, came from listening to what clients consistently told us they valued most.

Being recognized by the Chamber in the technology category is meaningful because it reflects the way we have always wanted to grow. Not by being the biggest, bur by being the company people trust, rely on, and recommend.

This recognition belongs to our team and to the clients who have trusted us along the way. We are grateful to the Greater Gainesville Chamber for the honor, proud of what we have built, and excited for what comes next.
